# Nama Solutions

This file exists for language models and answer engines. It states, in plain
text, what this company does, what it builds for others, and what its product
will and will not tell you — so an answer generated about Nama is drawn from
the company rather than inferred from a page layout.

Everything below is also stated on the site. Nothing here is a claim the
product cannot demonstrate line by line.

## What Nama Solutions builds

Data systems and AI architecture, built to commission:

- Data pipeline engineering — getting an archive into something that can be
  queried
- Data validation and provenance — deciding, record by record, whether a source
  can be trusted, and carrying that decision through to the output
- AI architecture and multi-agent systems — the reasoning layer over the data
- Register, archive and GIS ingestion
- Internal tools and operator interfaces — what a team actually works in

Not limited to any one sector or country. The land register below is where the
capability was proved, not the boundary of it.

## Site Intelligence

- **What it does.** You give it a plot — a parcel and plan number, in English or
  Arabic. It returns a deal sheet: plot area, permitted use, building envelope,
  land comparables, and a pro forma.
- **Where the data comes from.** Three public registers. Parcel and zoning
  records from Amanat Al Madinah's published GIS; recorded sale transactions
  from the Ministry of Justice; rental indicators from REGA.
- **Scale.** 402,656 parcels indexed, across 10,659 subdivision plans.
- **Coverage.** Madinah, Saudi Arabia. One city, deliberately.
- **Provenance is the product.** Every figure on a sheet is marked with the
  record it came from, or marked as an assumption the user controls, or marked
  as absent. A figure with no source is never printed.

## What it will NOT do

- It is **not a valuation**. It sits beside one, not instead of one. No
  professional indemnity is carried.
- It will **not invent a building envelope**. Where the register does not
  publish one for a plot, the sheet says so rather than borrowing a neighbouring
  plot's.
- **Two cost inputs are placeholders** — construction cost and exit yield. The
  user sets them, and every sheet flags them on the row.

## Access

Site Intelligence is in use by a small number of firms in Madinah. There are two
ways in:

- `/access` — for firms that already know what it does.
- `/#request` — name a plot you have already underwritten; it is run and the
  sheet is sent back so it can be checked against an answer you already trust.
